1.  Qualifications: 

A. Candidates who have at least a domestic or foreign doctoral degree or have assistant professor qualifications or above issued by the Ministry of Education, Taiwan.

B. Position: Full-time Assistant Professor or above

C. Openings: 1 position

D. Candidates must fulfil one of the following qualifications:

(1) For novice teachers: Candidates who have not had full-time teaching experience in a college or above within 2 years (excluding male military service) from the date of recruitment announcement since obtaining a doctoral degree.

       (2) In the past three years, there should be an officially published book with review opinions and relevant certificates of publication approval attached.

       (3) In the past three years, two papers should be published in academic journals indexed by SCI, SSCI, TSSCI, EI, A&HCI, THCI, EconLit or SCOPUS and be the first author or correspondent author.

       (4) In the past three years, at least two research projects of the National Science and Technology Council (formerly the Ministry of Science and Technology) shall be presided over (limited to the principal investigator).

2. Research fields and teaching needs:

A. Research Fields:

(1) Indo-Pacific (Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia) regional economy, trade, investment and finance

(2) Economics

(3) Economics of sustainability, low carbon economy

B. Teaching Needs:

(1) Department of East Asian Studies, Master's Program for In-Service Adults, Program of Global Studies.

(2). Applicants must be a native English speaker or possess near-native English proficiency.

(3). All courses assigned must be taught in English.

3. Expected Employment Start Date: February 1^st, 2025

       (5) A list of academic publications and research projects within three years;

       (6) Other documents that might be supportive (e.g., exhibitions, industry-university cooperation, competitions, research results, etc.)
